Welcome to Almond-Bancroft Schools!! As the PreK-12 Principal for the Almond-Bancroft School District, I'm am proud to say that we have a wonderful school filled with caring teachers and hardworking students. Together, with the communities support, we are able to put together excellent educational programming that focuses on rigorous academic work, but also encompasses the social/emotional aspect of growing up. Again, welcome to our school and pleaseselect and complete the 'Contact Form' on the left if you have any questions you'd like answered. I'm excited for the new school year to begin. This year we have a new middle school and high school bell schedule that you can find in the student handbook. Contained in that schedule, you will find an ELT period, or Extended Learning Time. The purpose of this time period is for students to push themselves to improve in various academic areas. Students struggling in a particular area will receive additional instruction from their teacher during that time. Other students may choose to push themselves further, participating in extension activities or labs. Students will be guided by their study hall teacher when choosing where they will spend their ELT period. Our goal as a school is to provide the students with the help they need to be successful in all their classes, as well as explore areas that they might not otherwise get to learn about. The teaching staff will be working hard this summer to make certain that the time is well planned and meaningful for the students. Our goal is "success for all".
