With the increasing obesity epidemic in America, I believe that physical education is an integral part of a student's educational process. I have constructed a physical education curriculum that introduces a variety of activities for my students to be engaged in. I am hopeful my students become interested in a few activities that they may participate in throughout their lifetimes.
