What is the After Hours Center?

The After Hours Center is a tutoring program geared towards middle school students. All students are welcome!  AHC is an opportunity for your son/daughter to increase grades, put a focus on their unique strenghts while improving possible weakness, treat one another in a respectful manner, and build confindence to improve their self image.

    When does the center meet?

AHC is held every Monday through Thursday (when there is a full day of school) from 3:30 pm to 5:15 pm in the secondary library across from the Cafeteria. Thursdays, the AHC will team up with Gaming club from 3:30-4:30 for some needed R&R before hitting the books!

Why should my child attend the center?

During the two hours the center is open more than half of the time will be spent in the library working on homework, catching up on missing assignments, completing their reading mintues, and finishing projects.  However, the center is about much more than school work.  Besides the classroom aspect of this program, the students will have a chance to take part in creating relationships with student tutors, listening to great speakers, learn new skills, and play games to expel their excess energy.

If  you interested in signing up your son/daughter for AHC, please contact the AHC advisor at 715-366-2941 Ext# 325 or via email using the contact link above.
