    PBIS Tier 1 in the Middle/Secondary School 
    (For All Students)

    PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports.  It sounds complicated but it is simply a framework our school uses in order to create an environment that best supports learning,     Tier 1 is represented by the green area of the pyramid below. All students in our school receive this Tier 1 Universal instruction in which a clear set of positively stated behavioral expectations are established and taught. About 80% of students will be successful with these expectations.
